Yes, I totally agree with your idea that we have to prioritize a long-term relationship with the client rather than try to prove who's right and who's wrong. Unfortunately, sometimes we have to swallow our pride to build loyal and friendly relations. On the other hand, it really boosts our diplomatic skills :)
